The Seven Sisters are a common sight from Lake Tomahawk in Black Mountain, NC. Even though they expanse only 3.5 miles, hiking up to and across the range of the Seven Sisters is a strenuous 9.5 mile distance. Join us on this hike to learn the history of the peaks’ nomenclature, social history, geography, and ecology. Hikers will also be able to enjoy several panoramic views along the way. This hike is recommended only for experienced hikers.

REGISTRATION: All hikers must pass pre-screening by hike leader due to the difficulty of this hike.

Difficulty: Strenuous, 10 miles; This will be a day long hike across all seven peaks.

Time: Saturday, March 2, 9:00am-5:00pm

Cost: $50 for members, $60 for non-members (some fees may apply).
